Client approval

A share link shows the model, the images and the clips of one project — read only, no account, revocable at any time. Clients open it on a phone in a meeting.

In short

Every project can publish a read-only link. It carries a long random token, is closed to search engines and can be withdrawn at any time. Behind it your client finds a project page: the model to turn, the images at full size, the camera moves and the floor plan. No login, no software, no download.

Example: 30 seconds at 25 frames per second are 750 frames. The colour bar shows the daylight of a day-to-night animation.

Why a link beats an attachment

Attachments age the moment the design changes. A link always shows the current state, which removes the question of which version is the right one.

It also removes size limits: a 30-second clip does not fit through most mail systems, a link does.

What the client sees

  • The model

Turn, zoom, look from the street — computed on their own device, not a video.

  • Images at print size

    Full resolution, downloadable.

  • Camera moves

Short clips that play without a plug-in.

  • The floor plan

So every picture stays checkable against the drawing.

Control stays with you

The link is not listed anywhere and carries a robots tag that keeps it out of search results. You decide when it is created and when it stops working.

For confidential competitions: send it to named people only and withdraw it after the jury session.

Frequently asked questions

Does my client need an account?

No. The link opens in any browser, on a phone as well as on a desktop.

Can I take the link back?

Yes, at any time. From that moment the address stops working for everyone.

Is the link private?

It is unlisted and marked no-index, but anyone holding it can open it. Treat it like a document link.

Next step

How long do you wait for an image today?

Send us a model from a current project, as IFC or GLB. We show you in a video call what VEDUTUM makes of it.
