Renderings
Stills from your model, physically based and rendered with Blender Cycles on GPU servers. Exteriors and interiors at any time of day, in Full HD for presentations, 4K for brochures and 8K for site hoardings.
In short
A VEDUTUM rendering is a still image computed from your uploaded model with a physically based renderer. You choose viewpoint, focal length, date and time as well as resolution and quality in the preview, and see the estimated compute time before ordering. The image shows what the model contains: geometry, materials and the light of the real site. Stills are part of every plan, from 599 euros per month.

What a rendering makes of a model
VEDUTUM uses Cycles, the physically based renderer of the open-source software Blender. It traces light through the scene and produces soft shadows, indirect light and believable reflections.
The sun stands where it really stands on the site at the chosen time, calculated from location, north angle, date and time.
What you set
Viewpoint and focal length
Corner, front, aerial or street; 12 to 85 mm full-frame equivalent.
Date and time
For sun elevation and shadows, for example 21 June at 14:30.
Resolution
Full HD 1920 × 1080, 4K 3840 × 2160 or 8K 7680 × 4320 pixels.
Quality
Preview with Eevee for quick reviews, standard and high with Cycles for published images.
What is in the image and what is not
The image shows what the model contains. Without furniture, trees or neighbouring buildings in the model, they are not in the image either.
There are two routes to an image and every image says which one it took. The renderer adds nothing to your model. The plan route builds a model from your walls and openings first, and an image model puts material, light and surroundings on top: geometry, camera and sun stay fixed, while planting and neighbouring buildings are a proposal, not a promise.
For sales material with a furnished scene, choose the project package with post-production.
Frequently asked questions
Which file format do I get?
Lossless PNG in full resolution. You can create smaller JPG or WebP files for the web.
Why does my rendering look empty?
Because the model is empty. Furniture, trees and surroundings only appear when they are part of the model.
What happens if a job fails?
It is restarted automatically. If it fails repeatedly, the error message appears in the project.

How long do you wait for an image today?
Send us a model from a current project, as IFC or GLB. We show you in a video call what VEDUTUM makes of it.
