Upload the plan
A public-domain original drawing of Villa Gündel in Berlin-Grunewald, published in 1893. One scanned page, no help from us.

Have it read
37 walls, 26 openings and 7 rooms came back as measurements in metres, plus the scale. About 16 seconds.

Check the geometry
Whatever the scan swallowed is pulled back into place in the editor. Only then does an image get made.

Set place and light
Site in Berlin-Grunewald: sun position calculated for the address, neighbouring buildings from OpenStreetMap, the existing house hidden.

Why a plan from 1893? Because it is in the public domain and belongs to nobody we would have to ask. We do not show client work — those designs belong to the practices that drew them.
