Videos and camera flights
Camera flights around and through your building, orbits and animations from morning into night. Built from templates, rendered in parallel on several GPUs and delivered as MP4.
In short
A VEDUTUM architectural video is a sequence of frames rendered from your model along a camera path or across a day and assembled into an MP4. You choose template, duration, frame rate, resolution and time of day. Because 30 seconds at 25 frames per second are 750 frames, VEDUTUM spreads the work across several GPUs. Videos are part of every plan from Professional, from 599 euros per month.

Templates
Camera flight
Approach from a distance, along the main facade, towards the entrance. 4 to 180 seconds.
Orbit
A calm circle around the building at eye level or slightly raised.
Day-to-night animation
Fixed viewpoint while the sun moves from morning into night, calculated for the site.
360° panorama
An equirectangular still viewers turn themselves, in the browser or a VR headset.
Compute time, in plain numbers
A 30-second video at 25 frames per second has 750 frames. If one GPU needs half a minute per Full HD frame, that is 375 GPU minutes. Spread across 20 GPUs, the same job takes about 19 minutes plus assembly. VEDUTUM shows this estimate before every order.
The frames are then encoded with FFmpeg into an H.264 MP4 that plays on practically every device and platform.
How it works
Choose a template
Camera flight, orbit or day-to-night animation.
Set it up
Duration, frame rate, resolution and time of day; check the estimate.
Render
Frames are computed in parallel and assembled into the video.
Use it
Download the MP4 or show it through the share link.
Frequently asked questions
Which format is the video?
MP4 with H.264 encoding, playable in all common browsers, phones, presentation tools and video platforms.
Is there sound?
No. Add music or narration in an editing tool, where the music rights also belong.
Why does a video take longer than an image?
Because it consists of many images: 30 seconds at 25 frames per second are 750 frames, each rendered on its own.

How long do you wait for an image today?
Send us a model from a current project, as IFC or GLB. We show you in a video call what VEDUTUM makes of it.
