Interiors show furniture and planting to match the chosen style; that is part of the image, not part of the planning. Where a specific fit-out is promised, it belongs in the building specification, not in a rendering.
Yes. The usage rights are yours, including advertising, portals and print. Note in the brochure that the images are visualizations.
The new floor plan is read in, the geometry corrected, the same views computed again. The number of updates included is stated in the offer.
